Exercise 2: Why do software projects fail?
OBJECTIVE
To identify attributes which make a software-based project fail.
The exercise:
Break into groups of four.
For twenty minutes: discuss then list four attributes your group thinks makes a software-based project fail.
Note: I purposefully kept "attributes" vague for you to think deeply about this.
Be prepared to justify your group's reasoning behind each of the attributes your group identified.
Post your results:
Each student in the group must post ONE of the four attributes your group discussed. Justify your group's reasoning behind why your group chose that attribute.
